How do I ensure Lumino still has access to my systems for the integration?
- Check to see that your remote Agent is still showing in the dashboard.

If it is not showing up see Lumino Agent Connectivity to further troubleshoot.
- Review your Connectors within the Lumino Platform to ensure that the system is still able to connect with the connector credentials present and has sufficient permissions (It is best to confirm this from the server that the Lumino Agent is installed on). You can view the url and credentials for the connector by clicking the edit Connector option for your connector/s in the ellipses menu shown below:

- If you cannot access the System anymore please contact your IT administrator for that system to reestablish that Lumino has the access to the information necessary to run the integration.
- If you are still able to access the system with those credentials please submit a support ticket for further assistance.
