Lumino Agent Connectivity

How do I check to see if the Lumino Agent is running?

  1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and choose Task Manager from the available options.
  2. Press the Services Tab and type Lumino in the search window. You should see two items, the LuminoAgent and the LuminoAgentUpdater. The updater may or may not be running as it runs periodically to ensure the agent is up to date however the LuminoAgent should be running.
    1. If this is not the case please right click on the LuminoAgentUpdater and select Start.  
  3. Once the LuminoAgentUpdater runs the LuminoAgent should be restarted. If the Agent is now running you can:
    1. Rerun your integration by triggering it manually by going to the Lumino Platform (Settings→Integrations→Ellipses→Run Integration)
    2. Wait for your scheduled run time. 
  4. If the LuminoAgent is still showing as stopped, please put in a support ticket for assistance.
