How do I view the Platform Status in Lumino?

Viewing the Status of the platform

1. Navigate to https://lumino.ariox.com/ and click on Utilities, followed by Platform Status from the dropdown menu.
2. Here you will see the status of the Web interface, the API, and the database performance, as well as any incident history or upcoming maintenance. 
   
3. You can also view any incident history or upcoming maintenance over a selected period of days using the submenu and clicking the respective tabs.
4. If you hover the cursor over any rectangle in the status bar you will see a summary for that day.
5. If you want to be notified by email when an incident occurs you can do so by clicking the subscribe button and entering your email.
