Troubleshooting a failed Lumino Agent installation.
Integrations not Running after Installation
Lumino Config File could not be found
Lumino Setup Fail
The screen shot below shows when a prerequired software download fails. When the log file mentioned in the error is opened, it will show the following error:
Downloading failed with HRESULT=-2146697208
To solve the issue:
- In Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet options.
- Switch to the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Security section.
- Un-check the item “Do not save encrypted pages to disk”.
Lumino Installer Failed
Error 1001. The response has an invalid status code to proceed with the validation.
For more information on this error, go to the installation log file in the folder location for the installation, it will be created with the name “Lumino installer-log“.
Status code of the Response retrieved from the Lumino API:401 - Unauthorized
This error message means that an invalid Lumino API Key was entered and it could not be authenticated.
Before Install Exception: An error occurred while sending the request.
The Environment URL was incorrect and couldn’t reach the server.
Error 1001. An invalid request URI was provided. The request URI must either be an absolute URI or BaseAddress must be set.
The environment was incorrect.
Integrations not Running after Installation
1. Open the Services in Windows.
2. Validate the Windows Services “LuminoAgentUpdater“ and “LuminoAgent“ are running. If one of them is not running, run it manually.
3. If the services stop again, view the displayed logs under the Event Viewer → Windows Logs → Application.
4. Contact the Ariox support team for other errors.
Lumino config file not found: C:\Installation\Path\..\Config\Lumino.Config.xml
The Lumino.Config.xml could not be found in the default folder. To solve this problem uninstall and reinstall the Remote Operator.
No such host is known. (api-lumino-dev.ariox.com:443)
The environment could not be reached. Check to make sure internet access is functional.
