How do I View/Edit Children of, copy the ID of, or Deactivate/Activate a Cross Reference Configuration for a company in Lumino?

View/Edit Children of, copy the ID of, or Deactivate/Activate a Cross Reference Configuration for a company in Lumino.

This ability is only available for Customer Designer, this area is read only for Customer User

  1. Navigate to https://lumino.ariox.com/ and click Settings, followed by Cross Reference Configuration.


  2. Click the Ellipse next to the Cross Reference Configuration you want to view.

  3. Select View Children from the dropdown list to view Cross Reference Children
    1. Click the Ellipse and Select Copy ID to copy that Cross Reference List Child ID field
    2. Select Edit from the dropdown list to Edit that Cross Reference List Child's fields


    3. Select Deactivate from the dropdown list to Deactivate that Cross Reference Child.


      1. You will see the following notification in the center of the window confirming you deactivated the Cross Reference Child.

    4. Select Activate from the dropdown list to Reactivate that Cross Reference Child (please note you may need to adjust your filters on the page to show deactivated Children).


      1. You will see the following notification in the center of the window confirming you activated the Cross Reference Child.



  4. Select Copy ID from the dropdown list to Copy that Cross Reference Configuration field.



  5. Select Deactivate from the dropdown list to Deactivate that Cross Reference Configuration.


    1. You will see the following notification in the center of the window confirming you deactivated the Cross Reference Configuration.

  6. Select Activate from the dropdown list to Reactivate that Cross Reference Configuration (please note you may need to adjust your filters on the page to show deactivated Configuration).


    1. You will see the following notification in the center of the window confirming you activated the Cross Reference Configuration.
