How do I create a Data Rule in Lumino?

Create a new Data Rule in Lumino

This ability is only available for Customer Designer, this area is read only for Customer User

  1. Navigate to https://lumino.ariox.com/ and click Settings followed by Data Rules  
  2. Click the Add New Data Rule button to add a new Rule.
  3. Choose the Company from the dropdown menu. Partner level Customer Designers have the ability to select from their customers (Child Companies).
  4. Choose the preferred execution level from the drop-down menu to determine the timing of when the rule will be implemented within the integration process.
  5. Choose the specific integration for which the rule will be applied from the drop-down list.
  6. Choose a name for your rule.
  7. Choose the Execution Order of your rule. If you have multiple rules for an integration, this will determine the order in which they run.
  8. If you would like to add a description explaining what your rule is doing you can do so in the description field.
  9. You can now create a rule using the puzzle elements within the rule designer. If you need help learning how to use the rule designer to make your rule please refer to the more in depth tutorial outlining all of the puzzle elements and their uses. 


    Please remember to save often as you build your rule to capture your progress and when you believe it is ready you can submit the rule for approval by our team by clicking the Save and send for approval button.

All rules will be reviewed by Ariox prior to going live in the portal to ensure portal continuity.
